Our proposed design modernizes the restaurant while honouring its 40+ years of tradition. Clean framing, focused lighting, and simplified graphics create a contemporary, urban feel without losing warmth. Heritage elements like brand language, iconography, and messaging are updated with modern materials and finishes, keeping the space current, credible, and ready for the next generation.
